The prospects of Georgia-EU relations were discussed at the round table
In May, a round table was held on the
basis of Sokhumi State University on the topic: "Perspectives of
Georgia-EU relations", which was dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the
foundation of the higher education institution in Sokhumi. The Rector of Sokhumi
State University, President of the Academy of Education Sciences, Professor
Zurab Khonelidze welcomed the participants of the round table:
- My motivation and goal, which is
completely consistent with the goal of the university, remain unchanged. The goal - first of all, to help the Georgian society, the country,
the so-called The political elite should make maximum use of the available
resources, including the intellectual resources, which, when used correctly,
provide an opportunity to build a modern strong state and serve the motherland
with dedication. This is the goal that brought me to the university and for which I

entity, which presents to society projects based on interdisciplinary research,
including vision and recommendations related to conflict resolution.

principles as freedom, justice and love, emphasizing that they should become
the main values of the country. At the end, Mr. Zurab
